Bombo Italian Kitchen is an exciting new concept from Chef Ethan Stowell featuring wood-fired pizzas alongside fresh-made pasta and an Italian menu highlighting the fresh and seasonal ingredients of the Pacific Northwest. With a central location at the base of the new Convention Center in downtown Seattle, Bombo will cater to a dynamic and varied clientele including local as well as national and international visitors
