We are looking for an office support assistant to create magic for one of the fastest growing distribution sites in the Charleston area!. You will be the Office Wizard and the sorcerer of spreadsheets, the master of communication, and the guardian of details!

Key Responsibilities:

• Enchanting Excel Skills: Cast your spell on spreadsheets by updating them with accuracy and precision, turning numbers into valuable insights.

• Magical Communication: Weave your way through emails with finesse, ensuring clear and effective communication that keeps the team in sync.

• Attention to Detail: Channel your inner perfectionist to maintain impeccable records, filing, and scanning documents with meticulous care.

• Assisting the Inventory Sorcerer: Collaborate with our Inventory Coordinator to perform mesmerizing cycle counts, ensuring our inventory remains spellbindingly accurate.

• Data Entry Enchantment: Enter data into our ERP system with the speed and accuracy of a true wizard, keeping our magical operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Hogwarts-level proficiency in Excel (or equivalent magical spreadsheet skills).
• Charismatic communication abilities that leave others spellbound.
• Obsessive attention to detail that rivals even the most meticulous elves.
• Experience in filing, scanning, and organizing documents like a pro.
• Ability to assist in magical inventory management, including cycle counts.
