Outstanding opportunity for an energetic chef who loves a new challenge every day. Our Corporate Rounds Chef will be assigned to different support roles in each of our properties, moving from property to property as needs demand. As a Rounds Chef you will have a variety of experiences at our seafood restaurants, steakhouse, bistro and bakeries. The right candidate must have the ability to learn new stations quickly and be able to contribute at a high level.

The corporate Rounds Chef will also be highly involved in the training of new staff, collaborating with our executive chefs and culinary director on menu development and leading our culinary operations.

Requirements

Minimum of seven years working in an a la carte style restaurant with a minimum of two years in a leadership role.
