As an Events Associate with Floor Coverings International, you play a vital role in the growth and expansion of our local franchise. A successful Events Associate will enable us to meet more homeowners and business managers one on one on their upcoming flooring projects.

Events Associate Responsibilities:

Local Event Execution (often on weekends)

Engagement with potential flooring customers
Demonstrate why they'd want to choose Floor Coverings International for their next flooring project
Answer general flooring questions and how the FCI process works
Encourage interested customers to sign up for a complimentary appointment with one of our Design Associates
On-site coordination with event staff
Event setup and breakdown

Events Associate Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, particularly in person.
Extroverted; finds it easy to strike up a conversation with a passerby and engage in conversation.
Great listener - truly values what another person is saying and builds upon that in conversation.
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
Capable of working independently without constant supervision.
General excitement to help people and showcase a premium flooring experience.
