SUMMARY:
Seeking an Office Manager to oversee operations of an Alexandria flagship office of a powerhouse real estate firm. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch office and providing support to high producing agents while using all company tools. Will be responsible for supporting the managing broker and supervising staff members. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manage and oversee staff and a variety of office functions including:
--Plan/Coordinate the office schedule/calendar with all training, meetings, and special events. 
--Event Coordination for special office events (holiday parties, happy hours, etc.) Also coordinate other special office site events 
--Prepare agent marketing reimbursement requests and send to Accounting. 
--Maintain agent files and licensing requirements. 
--Onboard all new agents to the Alexandria office. --Licensing paperwork, joining NVAR(associations), BrightMLS, headshots. 
--Order business cards, and sign riders/panels for new and existing agents. 
--Agent Billing POC for billing questions and collecting payments 
--Process listings, contracts, lease paperwork in SkySlope for agents.
--POC for agent support questions regarding SkySlope, ActivePipe, RealScout, BrightMLS, and all other company and tools. 
--POC for agent IT and basic troubleshooting. 
--Install printers and drivers for agents. 
--Prepare Monthly Broker Open Tour  
--Notify agents when their CE/PLE credits are due and when their licenses are expiring and help renew if necessary. 
--Request and distribute key cards and parking passes for the Alexandria office. 
--Responsible for making sure the office runs daily. --Stock kitchen, agent workspaces, and common areas with necessary supplies. Load/Unload the dishwasher. Keep common areas clean. 
--Schedule/Coordinate office maintenance for any issues that arise (plumbing, electrical, etc). 

QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of office managerial experience in a real estate company
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Strong interpersonal skills & time management 
Strong technical skills with advanced  knowledge in MS Office
