Brand Marketing Manager

Our client is is a leading manufacturer of all types of trailers. The parent company is the second largest trailer manufacturer in the country and has achieved amazing growth both organically and through acquisition. As Brand Marketing Manager you will lead the marketing efforts for two brands: Hydraulic trailers and construction trailers and enclosed cargo and enclosed car hauling trailers whose sales are directly to dealers.

Reporting to Sales Manager, as Brand Marketing Manager you will:

• Collaborate with sales team in the development of the marketing strategy and execution plans based on dealer demand and sales trends while ensuring brand consistency.
• Act as point person for all marketing functions for all assigned brands, including liaising with external design firms for creation of content and creation of dealer promotional items.
• Manage multiple and simultaneous marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness through website and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales teams in order to create and share digital and print content. Take the photographs and video necessary for the content.
• Work with the product development team to update trailer features, specifications, and pricing in marketing collateral.
• Support the forecasting of the marketing budget through proving data and spending projections. Track spending. Report out to leadership as necessary.

As Brand Marketing Manager your background should include:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or other professionally demonstrated skills and experiences
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and social media applications
• Experience with digital media advertising, understanding of google analytics a plus
• Experience with taking professional photos and videos, preferred
• Strong ability to communicate directly with dealers (customers), asking for input and utilizing that input in future marketing endeavors
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
