Compensation: $27-$32/hour DOE

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, talented individual to join our construction company as a Concrete Foreman. As part of our team, you lead crews in the completion of various major concrete projects, always ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. You coordinate tasks for your crews according to current project needs. You will need to train crew members on safety. Our ideal candidate has considerable professional experience in construction, particularly with concrete projects. You must also possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks and schedules for crew members
• Supervise workers throughout the shift, ensuring safety, appropriate work stoppages, and organization
• Resolve problems with projects, materials, and workers as they arise

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of concrete experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory position
• Detailed knowledge of concrete construction procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Experience with blueprint reading, concrete finishing, and managing crews
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• OSHA 10 and 30 training is a plus
• Valid Driver's license
