Plumbing Operations Officer

Commercial plumbing management experience and a Journeyman's license is required. Reporting to the owner, you will be overseeing all plumbing responsibilities, as well as budgeting, personnel, job flow and profitability. Essential Job Responsibilities

You’ll oversee our plumbing operations, including drains, excavations, dispatching, and office administration, like a seasoned captain.

Recruit, hire, and train employees of all levels.

Enforce inventory management best practices.

Streamline all processes, keeping everyone in the loop.

Conduct performance evaluations, manage promotions and terminations, and recommend salary adjustments.

Lead by example, becoming the team leader everyone aspires to work alongside.

Energetic Dynamo: You’ll inspire and motivate the entire operations department.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; construction management preferred.

Construction Management Professional: You’ve managed projects, budgets, and teams for at least 7 years.

Leadership skills: This is your most valuable skill, MUST be a leader in all senses of the word.

Management ability: You must possess executive-level management skills, with the ability to recruit, hire, and train employees at all levels.

Financial responsibility: You have managed a budget of at least $5 million and have the knowledge and experience to Increase throughput.

Strong Communicator: Efficiency is your middle name. You’ll streamline processes and keep everyone in the loop.
