Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will focus on new business development and driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will bring their own book of business and have strong connections in the commercial corporate sector, including law firms, private equity companies, healthcare or education systems, and engineering firms.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Coordinate and successfully execute new business development and direct sales activities to achieve or exceed sales targets and promote business growth.
  • Stay current with industry and market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities for sustainability.
  • Establish and leverage a strong network of relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers to support long-term strategy.
  • Conduct frequent in-field and in-studio customer engagements, effectively presenting the value proposition.
  • Represent the company's values and position services as the leading solution for commercial interiors.
  • Manage high-profile customer accounts directly.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report sales metrics, including prospect pipeline, revenue, profit margins, and market share, leveraging key performance indicators.
  • Execute operational strategies and best practices to achieve business objectives.
  • Offer positive and assertive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential.
  • Motivate and energize team members to make proactive decisions in all client communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in an industry-related field.

Licensure/Certifications:

  • A valid driver's license.

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract furniture, related industry, or sales capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs
  • Proven experience in sales or contract furniture.
  • Knowledge of commercial interiors.
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent judgment, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to identify, research, and resolve issues independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic focus with an operational, detail-oriented perspective.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and operational abilities.
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Well-organized and self-directed with minimal supervision.
  • Efficient performance in a fast-paced environment.

Availability:

  • Full-time availability, with the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness to travel.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive commission-based compensation structure.
  • While there will be a transition period, the successful candidate will primarily work on a commission basis. (Avg. commission per project $40k-$60k)

Work Environment:
