The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Marketing and advisors to develop tailored social media strategies, ensuring each advisor's online presence aligns with their business goals. This role requires daily oversight of the Engel & Völkers property dashboard, ensuring timely and accurate social media content is created and distributed.

Responsibilities

•Advisor Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to meet with advisors individually and establish customized social media strategies tailored to their needs.
•Daily Property Dashboard Review: Review the Engel & Völkers property dashboard daily to identify new listings or status changes, ensuring the content calendar is updated accordingly.
•Social Media Content Creation: Create and publish posts to highlight newly listed, pending, and sold properties, as well as promote open houses.
•Shop Social Media Management: Manage the shop's social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
•Content Curation: Curate Engel & Völkers-branded content and distribute it across the advisors' social media pages to enhance their online presence.
•Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights to improve strategy and engagement.
•Engagement & Community Building: Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all social platforms to build a community and enhance engagement.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand, ideally in the real estate or luxury industry.
•Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
•Excellent written and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
•Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic video editing is a plus.
