This person will oversee, and lead continuous improvement projects, the perfect role for a change agent.

Title: Operation Supervisor
$$: 95k-120k
Overview of Role:
- Motivating and developing staff through performance management and training initiatives.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implementing proactive maintenance programs to optimize resource utilization and enhance plant reliability.
- Prioritizing safety as a core value and fostering a culture of safety among staff.
- Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience Needed:
- Bachelors in Engineering/Technical Related field
- Experience in a lead/supervisory level operations/production/manufacturing role
- Experience in continuous improvement
- Ability to be on-site everyday
