Convention Security Shift Manager - All Shifts

True Focus Hospitality Group, Inc. is looking for qualified candidates to come and join our leadership team!

• We are looking to hire experienced flexible Shift Managers for our Staffing and Security Company.
• Must be available to work any shift (This includes Holidays and Weekends) Hours do vary based on the schedule of events for the conventions that we service.
• Employment is contingency-based, schedules are based on the conventions, trade shows, and special events that we service. This means that you must be willing to work any hours that are available from week to week. There are gaps between some of the conventions so you must be willing to work based on the convention schedules throughout the year.
• Security Experience is required for all security positions. You only need customer service management experience for the staffing positions.
• Must be a registered Security Officer with at least 5 years of verifiable security management experience.
• Must have at least 5 years of verifiable customer service management experience.
• Must have supervised a team of 5 or more with verifiable references.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have at least an associate's degree in a related field. This could be in criminal justice, sociology, communications, business, or a similar field.
• We pay via Direct Deposit. Pay is bi-weekly.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be willing to travel to different sites. We do work locally and abroad.
• Must have report-writing skills, communication skills, and be able to de-escalate and problem-solve.
• Must have basic computer literacy knowledge and be able to type at least 60 wpm.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check or have verifiable state certifications to qualify for the security positions with a clear license and background.
