Friendship Village of Dublin is looking for our next Safety & Security Supervisor.

Essential Dutiesย ย 

  • Perform all duties of Security Officers, including routine patrols, resident engagement and alarm monitoring.
  • Thorough incident documentation in systems such as Point Click Care and Therms.
  • Provide elevated response during resident incidents, including first aid and emergency intervention.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining security schedules and shift coverage plans.
  • Support team development through training and mentorship.
  • Serve as Emergency Response Leader for after-business-hours incidents.
  • Act as Life Safety Administrator, overseeing:
  • Drill scheduling and planning.
  • Completion of life safety inspections.

Qualifications

  • Current EMT Certification (Emergency Medical Technician) Preferred.
  • Previous experience in security, emergency response, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
  • Familiarity with PCC or willingness to learn.
