NOW HIRING: SECURITY LIEUTENANT
Lead. Develop. Elevate.
Marksman Security is hiring a Security Lieutenant to serve as the primary field operations leader at Toyota's battery manufacturing plant in Liberty, NC.
You will command critical incidents, supervise the Sergeant corps, and set the standard for an entire security department at one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in North America.
$24.00 PER HOUR
PLUS a $50.00 Bonus For Having a North Carolina Security License At Hire
(redeemable after completion of a 90-day probation period)
What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily field operations and supervise all on-duty Sergeants and officers
  • Serve as on-scene commander for critical incidents, alarms, and emergencies
  • Mentor and develop Sergeants and Team Leads into the next generation of leaders
  • Own incident and reflection reporting accuracy, quality, and deadlines
  • Liaise between command staff, fire brigade, dispatch, and Toyota Security Management

What You Bring:
  • 3+ years in security, law enforcement, or military - supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid NC Security Guard License and a valid driver's license
  • Command presence - sound, fast decisions when seconds matter
  • Systems proficiency - Lenel, X-Protect, Perspective, and CCTV
  • Documentation discipline - factual, accurate reports delivered on time
