Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and collaborative Graphic Designer to join the Center of Excellence and collaborate on content marketing and the Mavrck brand. As a member of the Center of Excellence and the Go-To-Market teams, you will have the ability to build on the visual representation of the Mavrck brand through content, our website, and materials that are distributed to prospects and customers. You will have the opportunity to drive the direction of the Mavrck brand and own the brand visuals through many different mediums.

In this role, you'll get to:

• Imagine, design, and execute creative marketing solutions for CoE, Marketing, Sales, and other departments
• Elevate the visual representation of Mavrck's brand through effective graphic design across all mediums.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand standards and follow best practices. Contribute knowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design, and production management.
• Support content creation for demand generation, business development, and sales by developing marketing programs, collateral, prospect and customer presentations, and webinars.
• Lift Mavrck's social media presence with captivating videos, blog images, social images, native and paid ads, and more.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to collect information and assets as required for content production.
• Manage an internal brand folder and aid in the curation, management, and internal distribution of marketing and brand materials.

• 2-4 years of experience designing marketing and/or social media content such as social media images, presentations, marketing resources, infographics, logos, etc.
• A portfolio showcasing your work
• Experienced user of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Experience adhering to and evolving brand and design guidelines
• Regular, successful collaboration with Marketing team and functions as well as other stakeholders
• Interest in the Creator Economy and working at a creator-centric startup
