Job description

About this Role: We need an experienced product designer who’s worked in collaborative B2B enterprise apps and can help bring those insights to fill the design gap on our team (currently, we have 2 product designers across 5 product teams). More specifically, this designer will partner with the Docs team and our CTO to design, build, and launch our AI workflow Analyst product. Why Candidates Should Be Excited - Exceptional Product & Team: We are the company behind the popular Chrome extension that makes creating guides effortless and is trusted by enterprises worldwide. You’ll work directly with the CTO and co-founder to design a brand-new product, Workflow AI, from 0 → 1. - Massive Impact Opportunity: This role is not about incremental design work—it’s about defining an entirely new category for the company. You’ll have ownership to shape a product that can drive adoption, revenue, and retention across Scribe’s enterprise customers. - Creative & Strategic Role: As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll own the full design process end-to-end: research, testing, and designing complex enterprise SaaS workflows. You’ll build for business impact (metrics, users, revenue), not just aesthetics. What We’re Looking For - ~8 years of product design experience (enterprise B2B SaaS strongly preferred). - Strong portfolio showing complex, impactful design work (not just simple or visual projects). - Experience working at high-growth, high-talent startups (Series B+ preferred) with evidence of career progression and ownership of impactful projects. - Ability to independently handle user research, testing, and design—no reliance on dedicated researchers or visual designers. - Thrives in ambiguous, 0 → 1 environments and builds for metrics, adoption, and revenue.
