Job Title: Data Entry Specialist - Agricultural Irrigation Program

Summary:
The main function of the Irrigation data entry specialist is to modernize existing policy information via input of client data into a newly created administration system. This data entry specialist will be responsible for accurate entry of clients information, personal project management, and reporting of progress on a regular basis. Technical skills include high level of attention to detail and time management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurate entry of client information including address, schedules, policy numbers, and premiums.
• Identification of key data points from various sources
• Conversion of an average of 40 policies/day
• Verification/Documentation of completed conversions
• Weekly reporting of work completed

Skills:
Ability to type an average of 35WPM or higher-(supplier to administer typing test)
• Attention to detail-worker will be required to quickly identify key data points from various sources
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage ones time
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.to include:
o Key data collection from Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Word
o Respond to emails via Outlook for items pertaining to job.

Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years related experience required
