Senior Data Entry Specialist

A business runs better when information is accurate, organized, and up to date. We're looking for someone who excels at detailed data-entry work, takes ownership of data quality, supports process improvements, and helps maintain high standards across client records and systems.

What is the pay?

  • $46,000 - $57,000 per year, based on experience
  • Individual performance-based bonus up to 10% of salary
  • Company performance-based bonus up to 10% of salary

  • Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with up to 6% company match
  • 40 days of paid time off, inclusive of vacation, sick days, and holidays
  • $200/month home-office stipend
  • Promote-from-within culture with clear opportunities for advancement

What will I be doing?

  • Entering information into client spreadsheets, databases, CRMs, and other software systems accurately and on time
  • Supporting data-cleanup projects, system migrations, and large-scale record updates

  • Reviewing records for missing information, duplicates, formatting issues, or other errors before and after updates are made
  • Copying information from one system, document, or spreadsheet into another accurately and completely
  • Keeping client spreadsheets, records, and software system data organized, accurate, and up to date
  • Following client-specific formatting, naming, and data-entry processes
  • Preparing status reports, data summaries, and other recurring updates for clients as needed
  • Using AI-powered software tools to complete work faster and more accurately
  • Following established processes to deliver consistent, high-quality data support
  • Helping to standardize, improve, and document data-entry workflows
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

What are the requirements?

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Strong organizational and task management skills
  • Comfortable working with large datasets across spreadsheets, software, and other client systems
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-heavy work with consistency and accuracy

What additional qualifications could I have?

  • 2+ years data entry or related administrative support experience
  • 1+ year experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, project management tools, and AI productivity tools

Great data entry support is about more than entering information into a software system -- it's about helping clients keep important records accurate, organized, and up to date so their operations can run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes and helping maintain high standards across large sets of information. If that sounds like the kind of work you do best, we'd love to hear from you.
