The Housing Navigator will be responsible for providing housing navigation services to clients, including assessment, case management, and referrals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide housing navigation services to clients, including assessment, case management, and referrals.

• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and resources.

• Assist clients in identifying and accessing housing resources.

• Provide crisis intervention and support services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

• Provide follow-up services to ensure client success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in case management or social services.

• Knowledge of housing resources and services.

• Valid driver’s license
