Compensation: $65K-$75K DOE
Location: Tacoma, WA
Our client is a well-established regional Benefits Agency specializing in Fully Funded, Level Funded, Self-Funded, and Insured Groups. They offer a comprehensive benefits package including Employer Paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k, demonstrating a strong commitment to their team's well-being.
This is a hybrid or remote position playing a critical role in managing and executing benefits administration through their HRIS platform, Employee Navigator. You will serve as the technology bridge between client employees and carrier administration, supporting multiple Account Managers and their clients in a collaborative group environment. This role offers significant autonomy, freedom, and no micromanagement - with no sales, quotas, or cold calling involved.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage benefits administration within Employee Navigator for multiple clients and account managers.
  • Serve as the primary HRIS technology resource, facilitating seamless communication between client employees and carrier administration.
  • Execute benefits administration strategies within Employee Navigator, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support client needs related to benefits technology and administration.
  • Participate in the strategic planning of benefits administration processes while owning the execution phase.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits administration best practices and Employee Navigator platform capabilities.
  • Meet with clients and report to the Tacoma office as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Employee Benefits experience with an independent agency.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with Employee Navigator, with recent and active use of the platform.
  • Current Washington State Life & Disability (Health) License.
  • Ability to report to the Tacoma, WA office when needed and meet with clients as required.
