What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients and deliver exceptional service
- Manage and support employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary)
- Lead renewal strategies, plan reviews, and open enrollment
- Ensure compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA)
- Work closely with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline operations
What We’re Looking For
- 5-10+ years of employee benefits account management experience
