What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients and deliver exceptional service
  • Manage and support employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary)
  • Lead renewal strategies, plan reviews, and open enrollment
  • Ensure compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA)
  • Work closely with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline operations

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-10+ years of employee benefits account management experience
  • Strong understanding of benefits regulations
  • Excellent communicator who builds strong client relationships
  • Experience with carriers/TPAs and benefits software (Employee Navigator required, Epic preferred)
  • Active Life amp; Health license required
