In the role of IT Support/Office Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting/supporting employees at all of our NC offices as well as our Restoration associates companywide with issuing equipment/troubleshooting, network support, and software support. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain accurate inventory of all hardware and will be responsible for purchase of all phones, tablets, surfaces, desktop computers, monitors, and any other necessary hardware.
