Project Manager

Location: Portland, Oregon

We pride ourselves on efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism in all aspects of our operations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team.

Position Overview: The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects in the hemp or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee aspects of various projects from planning to implementation
• Work with vendors, customers, and sales team to ensure project and logistic deadlines
• Quality control, project completion schedules, and proper invoicing
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, city and county officials, and clients
• Managing marketing team strategies
• Web design and development interface
• Packaging design, coordination, follow up, ordering and implementation

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the hemp/cannabis industry is preferred but not required.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization skills required.
• Candidate should be self driven, motivated, and have strong critical thinking skills.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Intermediate computer literacy required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Minimum of bachelors degree required.

Pay:

• Depends on experience

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 9 am - 5 pm
