The Construction Manager is the primary point of contact with the client and leads project teams typically comprise of the following positions:

Superintendent
Project Coordinator
Foreman
Subcontractors
Your project’s dedicated Project Coordinator will prepare all project documentation for your review such as:
Schedules
Meeting Minutes
Submittals
RFI’s
Change Orders
Payment Requisitions
Procurement

Requirements:
• BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture
• 1-10 Years in construction with 1 Year’s Relevant Experience in New York City.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs
• Proficiency with Cloud Based construction project management software such as Procore is preferred
