The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and world-class aquatics facility that offers year round aquatic and fitness programming to children, youth, families and seniors, so that we can ensure that all generations can achieve the benefits of healthy living habits, regular exercise, and sports training.
OUR MISSION: To help everyone achieve their personal best by providing the finest aquatic educational, competitive, therapeutic and recreational programs.
Description
This position is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of safety for all members and program participants by prevention and response to emergencies within the facility. Compliance and enforcement of Center standards, policies, and procedures is mandatory. Provision of quality customer service must occur daily as well as performing daily maintenance duties that ensure a safe and clean environment.

Reports to: Lifeguard Supervisors
Pay Range: $18.04 to $24.00 per hour DOE

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Current Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certification
  • Bloodborne Pathogens Training (class offered at the RBAC)
  • Maturity and professionalism
  • A strong background in aquatics
  • A positive attitude and self-motivated
  • A well groomed appearance
