  • Location: Grand Rapids, MI
  • Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (occasional Fridays as needed)

While we’ve proudly developed talent from within, we are currently looking to add a technician with prior technical and troubleshooting experience who can help strengthen our team and support our continued growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain plastic forming and manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions to keep production running efficiently
  • Support and refine manufacturing processes to improve quality and productivity
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams on equipment improvements and new builds
  • Train and support operators on equipment use and best practices
  • Maintain documentation, fixture files, and process records
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and quality requirements
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a technically experienced, hands-on problem solver who brings:

  • 3+ years of Manufacturing Technician or similar hands-on technical experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience diagnosing equipment issues in a production environment
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

⭐ Experience That Would Make You Stand Out

  • Low-voltage electrical diagnostics experience
  • Manual machining experience (lathe, mill, surface grinder, etc.)
  • Plastics or plastic forming equipment experience
  • Pneumatic or mechanical system troubleshooting
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagrams
  • Experience supporting manufacturing equipment or automation
