JOB TYPE: Part-time, seasonal (9 months)

PAY RATE: Starting at $20/hour, adjustedbased on experience

ABOUT US:  At The Nonantum Resort, we strive to provide memorable, high-quality experiences to our guests while maintaining a friendly and respectful work environment. Our Maintenance department keeps the resort up and running while also providing swift and friendly service to guests whose rooms are in need of maintenance.

ABOUT THE JOB:

• Respond to issues reported in guest rooms or public areas and provide solutions quickly.
• Participate in general hotel upkeep and preventative maintenance.
• Balance pool chemicals.
• Place service calls to outside vendors when needed.
• Organize and manage time efficiently to accomplish daily tasks.
• Communicate and collaborate with maintenance team, and provide daily report to Maintenance Director.

ABOUT YOU:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Aptitude for fixing basic household items
• Demonstrates effective communication skills
• Demonstrates attention to detail
• Abides by the highest ethical standards
• Punctual
• Able to work independently and follow written instructions
