As a Hotel Maintenance Tech, you're responsible for ensuring that our hotel is well-maintained and running smoothly, which keeps our guests safe and happy. This includes performing routine inspections and repairs of guest rooms, common areas, and other parts of our facility. You're also responsible for responding to guest requests for maintenance, making sure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

The knowledge and skills required for this position are:

  • Knowledge of craft trades (carpentry, painting, tile, wall vinyl, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, etc)
  • Knowledge and experience in physical plan maintenance
  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests, vendors, supervisors, and associates
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach
  • Hospitality-driven and friendly
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required.
