Job description

As a Guest Service Representative and Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Guest Services Duties:

  • Checking in and out hotel guests
  • Answering phones
  • Taking phone and online reservations for dining, lodging and public cruises
  • Responding to email inquiries for dining, lodging and public cruises
  • reconciling Expedia, Hotels.com and other 3rd party reservations on the 1st of the month
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Helping with breakfast service. Serving breakfast and clearing plates
Marketing Tasks:
  • Creating email campaigns through Constant Contact for our upcoming events
  • Posting events on Facebook and Instagram
  • Creating flyers for in-house promotions and social media through Canva
  • Cold Calling prospective clients and sending out promotional materials
  • Helping event coordinator with wedding fairs and community expos and events
