Join our team as a Room Attendant at La Serena Villas & Del Marcos Hotel!

As a Room Attendant, you are more than just a part of the team-you are a key player in making our guests feel at home. With every room you clean, every bed you make, and every hallway you tidy, you contribute to the heart and soul of our hotel. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work and see every task as an opportunity to make someone's day a little brighter.
Hourly Pay: Starting at $18.00
Your Role:
As a Room Attendant, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every guest finds their room in impeccable condition. Your role is crucial in making each guest's stay comfortable, clean, and memorable. Some of your responsibilities include:
  • Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, making sure every room meets our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
  • Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
  • Notify your supervisor of any missing items or maintenance issues and ensure each room is fully stocked and in top condition for the next guest.
  • Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed through the cleanliness and presentation of their rooms.
  • Follow all pre-cleaning duties like stocking your cart with fresh supplies and linens.
  • Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed to make sure every corner of the hotel is guest-ready.
  • Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items, helping to return misplaced belongings to their owners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year of Housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
  • Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
  • Flexible availability.
