Job description

The Lexi Las Vegas is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Sales Manager to help grow revenue through corporate accounts, convention traffic, group bookings, weddings, and exclusive hotel buyouts.


The Sales Manager will be responsible for proactively generating revenue, securing new accounts, maintaining client relationships, and positioning The Lexi as a premier boutique destination for group travel, conventions, weddings, and private hotel experiences.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain corporate, convention, and group sales accounts
  • Prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, site visits, trade shows, and community outreach
  • Drive revenue through room blocks, extended stays, weddings, private events, and full hotel buyouts
  • Build relationships with meeting planners, travel agents, event coordinators, and local businesses
  • Conduct property tours and client presentations
  • Negotiate contracts, room rates, and group agreements
  • Collaborate with operations and revenue management teams to maximize occupancy and guest experience
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Las Vegas hospitality market
  • Maintain organized sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting
  • Represent The Lexi professionally at networking events, bridal expos, and industry functions

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel, hospitality, convention, or group sales experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Las Vegas hospitality and convention market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience with hotel CRM/PMS systems preferred
  • Professional appearance and polished presentation skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules when needed for events or client meetings

  • Boutique or lifestyle hotel sales

  • Experience with MEWS, Tripleseat, SiteMinder, or related hospitality systems
