**Job Overview:**

Vertex Premier Hotel Services is seeking a motivated and experienced ** Building Manager** to oversee and manage our hotel overnight cleaning accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service delivery in our clients hotel within the Orlando, FL area. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a team of cleaning professionals in multiple locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the daily operations of hotel overnight cleaning services in multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.

- Manage and lead a team of cleaning supervisors and staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues or concerns promptly.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock for cleaning operations.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Develop schedules and manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all hotel cleaning accounts.

- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members as required.

- Prepare reports on operational performance, including staffing levels, quality of service, and client satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in EVS (Environmental Services) or F&B (Food & Beverage) operations is a plus.

- Previous hotel cleaning experience is a strong advantage.

- Proven leadership and management skills in a multi-location environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and client relationships.

- Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
