Join our dynamic team at The Confluence Hotel, a charming boutique hotel nestled in the historic downtown area of Hastings, Minnesota. We are seeking a motivated and attentive Barback to support our bar staff and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages to ensure smooth service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment

- Support in preparing ingredients and tools needed for drink service

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards

- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests and staff

- Assist with general cleaning duties in the bar and surrounding areas


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or bar support role preferred

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
