Employees are usually expected to provide personalized service, address guest inquiries promptly, and collaborate closely with other team members to maintain the hotel's unique atmosphere. Flexibility and a guest-focused attitude are key, as shifts may vary and tasks can shift based on occupancy and guest needs.
