Housekeeper

Best Western – Erie, PA

Pay: $12.00–$13.00 per hour

Best Western Erie is hiring dependable and hardworking Housekeepers to join our hotel team.

Housekeepers play one of the most important roles in the hotel. Clean rooms, fresh linens, and well-maintained guest areas directly impact the guest experience and the success of the property. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and understand the importance of attention to detail.

Pay and Incentives

  • $12.00–$13.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
  • Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, and clean bathrooms
  • Replenish towels, amenities, supplies, and guest room items
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items
  • Keep housekeeping carts, storage areas, and laundry areas organized
  • Assist with public area cleaning when needed
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures
  • Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms each day
  • Support the housekeeping team and help ensure rooms are ready for guests

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
