Job Overview: The bartender plays a vital role by designing, making, and serving craft signature cocktails.  Serving a multitude of guests either directly, or indirectly as supporting the server staff in the golf suites, dining room, and for other events. 

Starting Pay is $11.13 an hour + tips.

Create Your Path: The Work You'll Do:

  • Takes guest drink orders, prepare, and serve drinks according to recipes and procedures approved by management.
  • Operates POS system to process food & beverage charges. Handles cash, checks, credit cards, gift certificates, complimentaries, and tips.
  • Set up and stock the bar prior to opening. Prepares garnishes and requests supplies as needed.  
  • Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment and locks up according to prescribed procedures.  
  • Assists Bar Back, Dishwasher, or kitchen staff in maintaining & organizing glassware and bar supplies.  
  • Observe all responsible alcohol service guidelines. Prohibit the sale of any alcoholic beverage to any underage or intoxicated guests per established procedures.
  • Interacts with guests to ensure exceptional guest service and resolution of guest complaints.  
  • Occasionally assist food service personnel when needed.  
  • Works with Front of House Manager to order supplies and maintain inventory of beverages and serving products.  
  • Take a great deal of pride in getting to know our guests.  
  • Knowledge of all food and beverage items to offer recommendations to our guests.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.  
  • Any combination of bartending experience, and/or bartending education to equal one year; preferably with some higher-level dining experience.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting.  
  • Ability to perform cash handling procedures.  
  • Ability to learn and follow drink preparations and Alcohol Awareness procedures.  
  • Ability to work a varying schedule, which includes nights and weekends
  • Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations, including on feet 98% of time.
  • Capacity to handle and lift up to 45lbs. as needed.
