ย The Holiday Inn Express - Monahansย is seeking a Night Auditor / Front desk agent to join our team and share the pride of this hotel!ย 

Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent responsibilities include:

  • Posting, compiling & verifying verifies the correctness of all of the hotelโ€™s accounts on a daily / nightly basis;

  • Providing superior customer service to all guests;

  • Making reservations

  • Posting room & tax accurately;

  • Preparing Daily Sales and Revenue Reports;

  • Performing all activities of a Front Desk Clerk and complete night audit checklist;

  • Completing postings, assembling audit, and closing out day on register.

  • ability to use a computer and answer phones

Qualifications:
โ€ข Previousย experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
โ€ข Ability to build rapport with guests
โ€ข Strongย organizationalย skills
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills
