THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR LEAD FRONT DESK AGENT

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position, 32โ€“40 hours per week, with required availability for AM, 7 AMโ€“3 PM, mid, 11 AMโ€“7 PM, and PM, 3 PMโ€“11 PM, shifts based on hotel needs.


YOUR ROLE:

As our Lead Front Desk Agent, you'll support the Guest Services Manager while ensuring the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently. You'll guide and motivate team members, step in to cover shifts when needed, and quickly resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care. Each day will bring variety, from welcoming guests and managing check-ins to problem-solving unexpected challenges.


OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hotel or hospitality experience
  • Proficiency with computers

Experience with Hilton is preferred.
