Join our fantastic team at the Holiday Inn Express, Middletown, RI as a Overnight Audit Agent.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to provide outstanding service to our guests. This position is essential in ensuring a positive first impression for our guests. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns with a warm and professional demeanor.

Pay: $19 Per Hour

Shift: Part- Time- 2 nights a week - Friday and Saturday

Schedule: Overnights 11PM- 7AM

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the system.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist with the management of reservations and room assignments.
