WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
This is a full-time Hotel Maintenance Tech position with a consistent schedule. Evening availability is required, and weekend shifts are part of the regular schedule.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a Hotel Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical facilities of the hotel through a structured program of preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance. You will ensure that all daily work orders are completed in a timely manner to help guarantee a positive experience for our guests. A key part of your responsibilities will involve monitoring pool chemistry and temperature in compliance with current health department standards. You will also contribute to the safety and security of the building and grounds, ensuring that walkways and parking lots are clear and safe during inclement weather. Maintaining the hotel's landscaping and exterior appearance will be an ongoing part of your work, along with performing other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
