Job description

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance person to provide our guests with a five-star experience on Saturdays and Sundays. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, presentable, and safe. Compensation:

$17 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Pool testing and maintenance
  • Light landscaping
  • Keeping an open line of communication with other team members
  • Completing work orders
  • Trash collection and removal
  • Keeping a safe, clean workspace
  • Snow removal (seasonal)

Qualifications:
  • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
