**Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Technician**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all building systems, equipment, and general hotel grounds. As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to maintain the property in excellent condition, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and carpentry repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within guest rooms and common areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime and inconvenience.
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel grounds, including light landscaping,painting, lighting, and exterior appearance.
- Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring they are organized and readily available.
- Collaborate with other departments to support special projects or renovation efforts as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation as required by hotel management.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service to all guests and colleagues.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
