Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our property. In this role, you will help ensure a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for guests and team members by responding to maintenance needs, performing routine inspections, and completing repairs in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest concerns
  • Inspect equipment, systems, and facilities to identify issues before they become larger problems
  • Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and painting tasks as assigned
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, supplies used, and preventive maintenance activities
  • Support safety and cleanliness standards throughout the property
  • Assist with troubleshooting and coordinating repairs with outside vendors when needed
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Help with setup, breakdown, and special projects as requested by management

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of general repair work, hand tools, and maintenance equipment
