Job description

MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE HOTEL SHUTTLE

HOURS 4p-12am

DAYS Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - potential to move full time after initial 90 days.

COMPENSATION: $15/HOUR

A General Hotel Maintenance worker will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, Public Space, and front of the house areas. Guest rooms and public areas entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A General Hotel Maintenance worker will also perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.

Qualifications:

A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.

Good customer service skills are also required. Experience with plumbing systems, electrical, controls and kitchen equipment.

Diagnose and correct electrical malfunctions with the use of instruments and hand tools.

Knowledgeable with HVAC, plumbing, hot water systems, electrical and automated building systems controls.

Active participation with all safety programs

This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer. The employer of individuals working at this hotel may be a third-party management company that is responsible for all employment benefits and obligations at this location.
