Learning Management System Analyst

Helios Defense Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and qualified Learning Management System (LMS) Analyst immediately on a contract basis to evaluating the effectiveness of the current LMS of a US Government client and also demonstrate three (3) to five (5) alternate LMS systems for possible client utilization.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Evaluate customer information and data collection and reporting processes.

· Review and evaluate LMS365 using tools such as database files and reports, interviews with stakeholders.

· Gather Industry research data on best practices in similar industries and compare those with the LMS365 and client’s current business processes.

· Demonstrate three (3) to five (5) alternate LMS systems based on client’s requirements and prior evaluations.

· Provide guidance and advice to the customer on whether to enhance current LMS or purchase an alternate LMS.

Required Qualifications

· Be a U.S. Citizen

· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

· Five (5) years of experience working with learning management systems.

· Must have a completed and active background investigation at the Tier 2 moderate risk level (formerly MBI) with a favorable adjudication prior to starting work.
