The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Setting the Stage:

The Manager, Learning Solutions partners with hospital, human resources, and functional leaders to assess business and learning needs, design practical learning solutions, and drive implementation of programs that support organizational priorities.

This role manages program development and delivery across system-level initiatives, balancing strategic alignment with hands-on execution.

The Manager is expected to operate collaboratively and consultatively, apply sound judgment in a complex environment, and use data, stakeholder input, and learner needs to continuously improve learning effectiveness and experience.

To Be Considered:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in learning, organizational development, talent development, or a related field, including increasing responsibility for program ownership and delivery
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing program-level learning solutions across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience using business needs, learner data, and program outcomes to inform recommendations and continuous improvement

Experience Preferred:

  • Experience in a healthcare organization preferred

Typical Day:

Program Ownership and System Learning Solutions

  • Manage the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of system learning programs that address defined business and workforce needs
  • Consult with leaders and key stakeholders to identify priorities, diagnose learning needs, and recommend solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned to organizational goals
  • Partner closely with Leadership Development to support the design and evolution of learning experiences for leaders across career stages
  • Coordinate with compliance, legal, and human resources teams to implement required training across the system, maintain completion oversight, and support reporting and audit readiness

Learning Delivery

  • Deliver and oversee system-wide training initiatives that support strategic priorities and assigned learning programs
  • Promote consistency in learning delivery while adapting implementation approaches to local operational needs when appropriate
  • Manage external vendor relationships for assigned programs, ensuring deliverables, quality standards, and intended outcomes are met
  • Apply modern learning methods, including digital, micro-learning, and experiential approaches, to improve engagement, accessibility, and effectiveness

Operational Excellence

  • Establish and apply success measures for assigned programs to evaluate participation, effectiveness, and business relevance
  • Prepare and deliver clear reporting and insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and program improvement
  • Support the development and maintenance of standards that promote consistent learning design and delivery across programs
  • Monitor external practices and emerging trends to identify opportunities to strengthen learning solutions and program effectiveness
