The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

The Manager, Learning Solutions, partners with operational leaders, Human Resources teams, and key stakeholders to assess learning needs, design impactful development programs, and drive implementation of system-wide learning initiatives. This role oversees the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning solutions that support organizational priorities, workforce development, leadership growth, compliance requirements, and employee effectiveness across the health system.

As a Manager, Learning Solutions, a typical day might include:
  • Consulting with leaders and stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend scalable learning solutions.
  • Managing the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of learning programs that support organizational and workforce priorities.
  • Partnering with Leadership Development and other Centers of Excellence to align learning strategies and experiences.
  • Overseeing system-wide training initiatives and ensuring successful program delivery across multiple locations and audiences.
  • Coordinating with Human Resources, Compliance, and Legal teams to support required training programs, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Managing external learning vendors and ensuring quality, performance, and program outcomes.
  • Applying modern learning methodologies, including digital, microlearning, blended, and experiential learning approaches.
  • Monitoring program effectiveness through metrics, participant feedback, and business outcomes.
  • Preparing reports and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Staying informed on emerging learning trends and identifying opportunities to strengthen organizational learning capabilities.

Candidates should have demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise learning programs across multiple stakeholder groups, as well as leveraging business needs, learner data, and program outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Experience within a healthcare environment is preferred.
