Job description

We are now looking for a Sr. Specialist, Learning & Development to join our RELEX team on a 6-month contract assignment. In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping how we learn, grow, and thrive together at RELEX. You'll design, curate, and manage enterprise-wide learning experiences that strengthen our Core Skills, support inclusion and well-being, and bring our culture to life. You'll collaborate with functional learning owners across RELEX to ensure enterprise programs complement function/role based business and product training.ย 

You'llย also collaborate closely with the Digital Learning team to ensure our systems, content, and learner experience are integrated, accessible, and impactful across the enterprise. Beyond digital solutions,ย you'llย help reimagine how we welcome and onboard new colleagues - ensuring every newย RELEXianย feels connected, equipped, and inspired from day one.ย 

This is a highly collaborative and visible role that bridges strategy and execution.ย You'llย act as both a hands-on learning designer and a trusted business consultant - ensuring our learning strategy supports RELEX's growth, the Leadership Framework, and the evolving needs of our teams.ย 

Join us as a Global Learning & Development Specialist, and this is some of what you'll be doing:

  • Shape RELEX's enterprise learning strategyย - design and continuously improve our global learning ecosystem, ensuring alignment across Core Skills, inclusion, well-being, culture, and leadership development.ย 
  • Partner with functional learning teamsย - collaborate with functional training owners (e.g., Product,ย Tech,ย ย Sales, Customerย Operations) to curate and integrate learning content that complements their programsย to drive business results.ย 
  • Collaborate with the Digital Learning teamย - align on platform strategy, content management, learner journeys, and data reporting to deliver a seamless, modern, and scalable digital learning experience.ย 
  • Curate and manage learning content and platformsย - oversee content libraries, vendors, and learning systems to make learning accessible, engaging, and data-. informedย 
  • Consult with the businessย - partner with HRBPs and leaders toย identifyย learning needs, propose scalable solutions, and translate capability gaps into actionable learning programs.ย 
  • Drive communication and engagementย - plan and execute internal marketing campaigns across RELEX communication channels to raise awareness, tell success stories, and make learning part of everyday work.ย 
  • Collaborate across teamsย - work closely with the Leadership Development, Digital Learning, DEI, Well-being, and Communications teams to integrate learning into broader People and culture initiatives.ย 
  • Ensure measurement and impactย - define and track learning metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide insights that shape continuous improvement.ย 
  • Support governance and scalabilityย - contribute to the global learning roadmap, ensuring clarity in priorities, consistency in delivery, and alignment with RELEX's strategic goals.ย 

We're looking for:

  • Proven experience in enterprise or corporate learning, instructional design, or learning operations (ideally in a global, fast-growing organization).ย 
  • Strong understanding of learning technologies, digital learning ecosystems,ย and content curation.ย 
  • Experience partnering with business leaders, HR, and digital learning teams toย identifyย and solve learning challenges.ย 
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to market and promote learning in ways that inspire engagement.ย 
  • Curiosity and creativity in how people learn - you think beyond courses and systems to build habits and culture.ย 
  • Familiarity with competency-based development, leadership frameworks, and global onboarding programs.ย 
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to navigate a dynamic, cross-functional environment.ย
