SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Manager, Learning is responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise learning solutions that build skills, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.


Reporting to the Global Head of Talent & Culture and a key member of the Talent organization, this role supports learning strategy and portfolio direction while owning learning delivery, learner experience, content development, and the endtoend LMS roadmap. The role works closely with key functions and HR partners to ensure learning journeys are relevant, engaging, and aligned to evolving business needs.


This role plays a critical integration point across learning technology, content, and partnerships to ensure learning solutions are scalable, accessible, and impactful.


This is a hybrid, full-time role with a strong preference for being based at our Princeton, NJ headquarters or co located at one of Integra LifeSciences' sites. Regular on-site presence is expected to enable effective partnership and team leadership. As a global role, occasional flexibility for early morning or evening calls is necessary to support collaboration across time zones.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Learning Strategy Execution & Portfolio
Execute enterprise learning strategy and manage the learning portfolio across employees and leaders
Ensure learning offerings align to enterprise capability and leadership priorities

Learning Journeys & Content
Design and deliver role based and leadership learning journeys
Own internal content development and external content curation and customization

LMS Roadmap & Learning Technology
Own the LMS roadmap, including implementation, adoption, optimization, and ongoing enhancements
Ensure learning technology supports learner engagement, scalability, and insight

Learner Experience & Partnerships
Partner with key functions, including functional learning departments, to understand learner needs and improve end to end learner experience across the enterprise
Build and manage external learning and content partnerships to enrich the learning portfolio

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
8-10 years of experience in learning, L&D, or capability development
3+ years of people leadership experience
Experience managing enterprise learning platforms and programs
Experience working in a regulated industry with preference for life sciences / MedTech
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Abilities, including the ability to influence and build consensus
Experience working in a global organization preferred
Be results-oriented, resourceful, innovative, and at the same time focus on being cost-effective and fiscally responsible
Functional knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles
Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic setting

Salary Pay Range:

$109,250.00 - $149,500.00 USD Salary

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
