  • Lead the design and development of technology-enabled learning solutions aligned with operational needs and adult learning principles.
  • Evaluate current training systems and recommend innovative eLearning tools to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Develop and oversee training content, including interactive exercises and simulations, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators.
