Event Coordinator Marketing Sales

Everdry Waterproofing has been operating around the nation for over 40 years. We are Wisconsin's #1 basement waterproofing company, and are continuing to grow! We are looking for someone who is highly energetic and has a positive attitude.

As our Event Coordinator Marketing Sales, you will manage the planning and execution of all trade shows and exhibitions.

This is a Full-Time position. Experience is preferred but willing to train

Schedule:

8-hour shifts Monday to Friday, with some evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities of this position include:

-Developing and managing a comprehensive event project plan, including SOP for all setup tasks, promotional items, literature, bookings, and other details.

-Negotiating with vendors and service providers for best arrangements within the budget.

-Managing and training a team of event staffers. You will participate in the hiring of your team of event staffers as needed.
